Shamanic Breathwork combines techniques from Pranayama, shamanic journeys, psychotherapy, somatic therapy, music therapy, meditation, hypnosis, Wim Hof Method, and Holotropic. It serves as a holistic tool, adapting to each person's unique needs. The ceremony can be inclusive of rhythmical breathing, music, vocal and somatic experiences, breath retention, meditation, visualisation, and shamanic journeys.
